Dr. Simon Kelly is a cognitive neuroscientist based in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University College Dublin. His research is focused on understanding the neural mechanisms underlying perception, attention and decision making, and employs a combination of electrophysiology, imaging, psychophysics and computational modeling.
